This was one of the best spots we had here in Malmö. It was up and running with just two barriers first and that lasted a few years but as soon as we started to develop the area properly the fun was over. We had a sick barrier spine, barrier spine to bank on the other side, two quarters to wallride with a channel in between, a nice bank to wall with hips on the bank and this fantastic slider bank thing. Oh boy it was good.

I’ve got a new Carhartt ad out in the new Giftorm, the swedish skateboard mag. The shot is of Daniel Håkansson and was taken in Kristianstad and we were kicked out instantly after this shot was done by two super guards. They flexed their muscles a bit but then let us go. We promised not to steal the pig steel u-pipes and after a while they believed us….

Daniel is in his own league doing ollies on tight banks. Here is an example of a backside one in the new issue of Giftorm. The frontside one was run in his interview in Kingpin last year.

Last year D-boy had a nice interview in the european skateboard magazine Kingpin. Somehow they managed to put a picture of John Magnusson as Daniels portrait in the article which is pretty funny when you think about it now a year after. So let me present, D-Mag or J-boy, whichever you want….
